Zivi Nedivi currently serves as president and CEO of Cyalume Technologies. Mr. Nedivi was President and CEO of Kellstrom Aerospace and its predecessor company, Kellstrom Industries, from 1990 to 2005. He continues to serve as an observer on Kellstrom Aerospace's board of directors.

After Kellstrom, Mr. Nedivi served as Chief Operating Officer at Lumenis Ltd, the world's leading medical laser company from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Mr. Nedivi was asked to join Axiom Investment Advisors, a $1.6 billion hedge fund specializing in currencies, where he served as CEO until 2009 and as a special advisor until 2011.

Prior to his business career, Mr. Nedivi served as an F-15 fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force, where he attained the rank of Major. He is a graduate of the Israel Air Force Academy and holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration.

Dale Baker is the Chief Operating Officer of Cyalume Technologies, Inc. since September 10, 2012. Prior to joining Cyalume Mr. Baker has held senior level positions, most recently as CEO of Selling Source, LLC., a $360 million internet-based sales and lead generation organization. There he led the organization to rapid growth through aggressive expansion of existing products and the development of key new products. Previously, Mr. Baker was President of World Avenue Holdings, LLC., a leading provider of performance-based interactive marketing solutions, and Intrepid Investments, LLC., a global merchant bank. He was also President of Protective Products International, Inc., a premier designer and manufacturer of state of the art concealable and tactical body armor for the military and law enforcement markets. Earlier he was Chairman and CEO of Aviation Sales Company, Inc., a NYSE listed company involved in distribution, manufacturing, leasing, and maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft, aircraft engines and parts.

Mr. Baker holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business of Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic & State University.

Edgar (Earl) Cranor has been the Vice President-Technology of CTI since January 23, 2006. Previously, he was employed by CTI in a variety of positions, including serving as the Vice President of Research and Development. Mr. Cranor joined CTI in 1993, with the acquisition of the Chemical Light Division of American Cyanamid, where he had served as Director of Operations. Mr. Cranor has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University. He is responsible for nearly all of CTI's current patents.
Nathalie Rizzo heads the company's European sales through Cyalume Technologies SAS, our European subsidiary. She has been with Cyalume Technologies SAS since May 2000 when she started as an Operations Manager. Prior to her career with Cyalume, Ms. Rizzo directed operations for a manufacturer and distributor of fashion and design accessories in Australia. Ms. Rizzo has a degree in international commerce from Ecole des Cadres in Neuilly Sur Seine.
