WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Nov. 16, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cyalume Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:CYLU) (the "Company") today announced that the release of its 3rd quarter 2009 financial results scheduled to be issued at the close of market today, is being postponed until the week of November 22, 2009. The postponement is due to the Company being delayed in compiling all of the necessary information required to be included in its 10-Q for the period in question. The Company expects to announce later in the week a date and time for the week of November 22, 2009, when the financial results will be announced as well as the filing of the 10-Q. The previously scheduled conference call on November 17, 2009 at 11:00 AM Eastern to discuss the financial results, will also be postponed with a new date and time to be disclosed later in the week.
